Green
A current primary Hong Kong record exactly matches domain and operator.

Evidence is open, foreign-only or missing a key link.

Red
An official adverse record or corroborated adverse evidence exists.

Entry gate
A brand must qualify from the discovery inventory and have non-Affgate, Hong Kong-specific demand or presence evidence.
Exact matching
Domain, operator, licence status, date and territory are recorded separately; a foreign licence cannot become Hong Kong authorization.
Adverse evidence
Red requires an official adverse record or documented, corroborated evidence.
Corrections and updates
Sources retain check dates and narrow claim limits; new records can be submitted through corrections.
